💪🔥 Proud to support our own 🔥💪
Union brother Josiah Dickinson of IAFF Local 3219 is taking on the 2026 LLS Firefighter Stairclimb at the Columbia Tower, representing Marysville Fire and climbing in honor of those battling blood cancers. 🩸
This climb is no small task—69 floors, full gear, and a whole lot of heart. Josiah is stepping up to raise awareness and critical funds for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and we couldn’t be prouder to stand behind him.
If you’re able, please consider supporting Josiah’s climb and this incredible cause. Every donation helps bring us closer to cures and supports patients and families when they need it most.

This week, your Marysville firefighters are in #Olympia 🏛️ advocating with lawmakers on issues that impact firefighters across Washington State 👨🚒🔥
This year, we are working to expand presumptive coverage for firefighters who experience cardiac emergencies due to toxic smoke exposures on the job, as well as to reduce barriers to receiving medical care under current Labor & Industries standards.
This job can be dangerous and carries real health risks—but with strong support from our community 🤝 and our legislators, we are taking action to protect the health and well-being of our members 💪🚒

On Monday morning, employees at the local Fred Meyer called for assistance after discovering a masked trespasser raiding the garden area. Snohomish County 911 dispatched our Community Service Officers, who arrived with support from several Patrol Officers. Together, they safely took the suspect -a raccoon- into custody.
During the frisk, officers discovered the little bandit had an injury. He was transported to Sarvey Wildlife Care Center for treatment and rehabilitation. ... See MoreSee Less

Marysville showed up in a BIG way ❤️
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, $2,500 in cash and over 1,000 pounds of food were raised during the 2025 Food Drive! This amazing outpouring of support will directly benefit the Marysville Food Bank and help our neighbors who need it most.
A huge thank-you to the citizens of Marysville for caring for one another and proving, once again, how strong this community truly is. Events like this don’t happen without heart, and Marysville has plenty of it.
Thank you as well to Union Firefighter Keenan O’Brien, along with the L3219 members and their families, for hosting and supporting this food drive. Your time, effort, and dedication made this event possible.
And a continued thank-you to the Marysville Safeway location for always opening their doors and allowing us to raise food and funds for those in need year after year. Your partnership truly makes a difference in our community. 💙
This is what community looks like. 🙌
